Are Messianic Jews Really Jews?

Many people outside of Messianic circles have asked, "Are Messianic Jews really Jews if they believe Yeshua is Messiah?"  The answer is a resounding YES!  Why would Jewish people who follow the Jewish Messiah and the G-d of Israel be anything but Jewish?  We must remember that for the first 150-plus years after the death and resurrection of the Messiah that the first believers were Jewish.  These Jews who became Believers were born and remained Jews.  As Messianic Jewish Believers did then, we also remain Jewish, remain zealous for the Torah and follow the teachings of the Jewish Messiah.
